Seating Expert warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal commercial use. Please review the coverage and limitations outlined below.
Warranty Coverage
Banquet chair metal frames are covered for 10 years from the invoice date against structural failure resulting from broken welds.
Upholstery fabrics are subject to the warranty terms provided by the respective upholstery manufacturer and are not covered under Seating Expert’s standard warranty.
Cuts, tears, or other upholstery damage reported after the shipment has been received and signed for are not covered.
Warranty Terms & Limitations
Important Information
For an approved warranty claim, Seating Expert may choose to repair or replace the defective item or provide an applicable credit.
Warranty liability is limited to the original purchase price of the affected item.
Coverage does not apply to products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by parties other than Seating Expert.
Seating Expert is not responsible for labor expenses related to unauthorized repairs.
Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use is excluded from warranty coverage.
