Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is a top priority at SeatingExpert.com. Our return policy ensures the best possible service from the manufacturer to you, provided you follow our instructions carefully.

SeatingExpert.com products are manufactured to the customer's specifications and as such are considered custom orders. Therefore all sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted unless authorized by SeatingExpert.com.

If a return or cancellation is authorized, there will be a 30% restocking fee.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the merchandise at the time of delivery. In the event that you find the products damaged or defective, make all notations on freight bill before driver leaves. Our company must be notified of damaged goods within 48 hours in order for us to pursue a claim on your behalf. RETAIN ORIGINAL PACKAGING and a call tag will be issued for you. Merchandise will not be picked up, or an exchange issued WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Do not return any item to the manufacturer without prior written authorization; otherwise it will not be processed.
